Return and exchange

Every user has the right to return the ordered goods within 14 working days after receipt and, if the goods meet the following conditions:

• no mechanical damage;
• it is in its original packaging, including all protective foils, nylons and other materials used to package the product, as well as an impeccable commercial appearance;
• it is accompanied by the attached warranty card, the accompanying documents and the accessories with which it was received.

The buyer must contact an operator on 0899 973 924 and communicate his refusal. We undertake to refund the amount paid for the goods within 7 working days from the date on which they were received back, or to replace them. Refunds are made by cash on delivery at the time of receipt of the returned goods or by bank transfer after receipt of the shipment.

If you wish, the item you want to return can be exchanged for another or others of the same value.

When returning the product, you must return the received item along with all accompanying documents, warranty card, fact sheet and others. The file must be sent with the preview option. Please keep the receipt you will receive from the clerk as proof of your return to the country and may be needed for reference.
