Delivery is carried out by the courier company Econt and customers receive a 12% discount on the courier's prices. We also deliver with the courier company Speedy. The price of delivery with Speedy, which will be calculated in our system, is indicative.
Goods are sent from courier offices. We provide a review and test option before you pay the courier for the ordered product. Equipment always travels insured. We recommend that you open the package in front of the courier to check the integrity of the goods. If it is broken or damaged, you have the right to request a damaged goods report.The exact amount for transportation is calculated by the courier's tariff calculator. May undergo changes after weight is confirmed in their offices.
If you want delivery with a courier company specified by you, the shipment is made from the address of our warehouse.
Orders placed before 14:00 are fulfilled the same day, if possible. Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the next working day if it is not possible to process them on the same day. In unusual situations, shipping takes 2-3 days. Courier companies deliver the parcels the next day after dispatch. For small settlements without Econt or Speedy offices, delivery is made according to the couriers' schedule.
The delivery of the goods is at the expense of the recipient, unless otherwise indicated on the product label. Orders over BGN 160 travel at our expense.
Every user has the right to return the ordered goods within 14 working days after receiving them, if the goods meet the following conditions:
The buyer must contact an operator on 0899 973 924 and communicate his refusal. We undertake to refund the amount paid for the goods within 7 working days from the date on which they were received back, or to replace them. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
